The house

The 5,875-square-foot home has a vaulted living room with exposed wooden beams and a fireplace, an equipped kitchen with a butcher-block-topped island, and a dining room seating eight. A large deck opens from the living and dining rooms and has outdoor seating with box canyon views. Outdoor facilities include a grill, a garden or backyard and a fenced yard.

Three bedrooms are upstairs, each with an ensuite, and the fourth guest bedroom is near the living room. The main bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower. The three guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and ensuite; one has a shower/tub combination and dual vanity, while the other two have showers. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Facilities include a hot tub, infrared sauna, gym/fitness room, office with a desk/workspace and computer, ski storage, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heating, a smart TV and a bicycle. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics and dishes. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are available. The home has a private entrance, garage and parking for up to two cars.

Downtown shops and restaurants, trails and the Oak Street Gondola are accessible on foot. Long-term stays are allowed. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of electronic Terms and Conditions.
