Listing description

The open-plan condo has colorful furnishings and artwork, with rooms opening onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors, dishes, cooking utensils and bakeware. The dining area has a large table with bench seating.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player and private bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub. A twin bunk area provides additional sleeping space, and the living room has a queen sofa bed, TV and DVD player. A half bathroom is off the main living area near the bunk area.

Beach service is included from March through October. Registered guests receive RFID wristbands for access to Waterscape amenities; children aged five and under do not need to wear them. Wristbands are not required for beach access.
