The house

The home has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room, with natural light and views of the water and surrounding forest. A back porch and patio provide outdoor space, and kayaks are available for exploring Little Long Pond. The living area has a usable wood-burning fireplace.

Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning, streaming TV and a standard closet. A third bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, air conditioning and streaming TV. An additional open sleeping area on the lower level has a sofa bed, air conditioning and streaming TV. The main-floor full bathroom has a shower and tub; the lower-level full bathroom has a shower.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. There is no pool or hot tub. The home is suitable for children but has no crib, and the backyard is not fenced.

Sag Harbor town is a short car ride away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
