The home accommodates up to eight guests and has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen. The living and dining areas have water views, and the living room has a large-screen TV. Outdoor spaces include a back deck with a dining table, gas barbecue and several seating areas, balconies and a fire pit. Kayaks are available at the private dock. Wineries, restaurants, shops and art galleries are nearby.
Three bedrooms are upstairs: the primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, closet and balcony/deck; bedrooms two and three each have a double/full bed, closet and balcony/deck. The main-floor fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, closet and Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms with showers, two upstairs and one on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided, along with heating, hot water, a washer and dryer.
