The approximately 6,800-square-foot home accommodates up to 16 guests and has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms. Interior spaces include a Great room with a fireplace, wine cellar, billiards room, movie theater, gym, ping pong and separate sitting rooms. The chef’s kitchen has a large bar top and center island; a private chef can be hired. Heating, televisions, a microwave, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.
Two primary suites each have a walk-in closet, balcony and ensuite bathroom. A primary bathroom features a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. The finished lower level provides additional open space. Two additional private sleeping areas supplement the six bedrooms. Air conditioning is included in all listed sleeping spaces.
The grounds span more than one acre and include a private Gunite pool, hot tub/spa, rooftop terrace, patio, deep front porch, outdoor kitchen, grill and fire pit. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Southampton Village and Sag Harbor are minutes away, and Flying Point is a nearby beach.
