The house

The approximately 6,000-square-foot home occupies a private block close to Southampton, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. An expansive deck has an outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ, pizza oven, dining table and multiple seating and dining areas. The grounds include a lawn, swing set and fire pit; beach supplies are provided.

The open-plan interior connects the living room, dining room and island kitchen, with a Nespresso machine, coffee maker and appliances. The living room has a fireplace and TV. Other facilities include central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities on each floor, a designated workspace, an EV charger and free parking. The gym has a treadmill, stationary bike and weights. The finished lower level includes another TV area and a children's play area. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Two primary suites occupy the main and second floors; the upstairs primary suite has a private balcony. Bedrooms extend across three levels, with an additional lower-level sleeping area. The first-floor primary bedroom, second-floor primary bedroom and Bedroom 3 have king beds. Bedrooms 4, 6 and 7 have queen beds; Bedroom 5 has a double/full bed. Bedroom 6 also has a crib. The additional lower-level sleeping area has a bunk bed and a twin/single bed. Bedrooms 5 and 6 have a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom.

Flying Point Beach, W. Scott Cameron Beach and Ocean Road Beach are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
