The house

Water Mill Forest Estate has 4.5 bathrooms and multiple living areas across three levels. The open main level has high ceilings, sliding glass doors, a living room with a Sonos sound system, a separate dining area and a family room. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, a microwave, a large center island, dishes and silverware, with a rear patio for outdoor dining.

An upstairs living area connects the bedrooms, and the primary suite has a separate sitting area. Four bedrooms are on the second floor and one is on the main floor; each has a queen bed and air conditioning. Two additional main-floor sleeping areas each have a sofa bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a full ensuite bathroom. The bathroom layout includes four full bathrooms and a main-floor half bathroom.

Outside are a private heated pool, an extensive deck, a patio and an outdoor grill, with woodland behind the property. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a washer and a dryer are provided. The home is between Southampton and Bridgehampton, about 10 minutes from Hamptons village shopping and restaurants and nearby beaches including Foster Memorial Town, North Sea and Mecox Beach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
