The house

Built in 1810 and reconstructed with modern finishes, this farmhouse has a wraparound front porch, exposed wood beams, hardwood floors and an open-plan living area with a wood-burning brick fireplace. A den off the living room has a desk and bar area. The kitchen includes a large island with seating, a gas stove, Viking stainless steel appliances and banquette dining, along with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware and pot and Nespresso coffee makers.

The home accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms: four with Queen beds and one with a King bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; bedrooms 2–5 also have televisions. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor; the other bedrooms are upstairs. Both full bathrooms are upstairs, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor facilities include a manicured lawn, covered deck with pergola, patio, gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, four lounge chairs, outdoor table, chairs and umbrella, cooler and a private heated saltwater pool. The backyard is fenced. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, Smart TV, Sonos speaker system and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib are available. The home has a private entrance, driveway parking for six cars, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Southampton and Water Mill Villages are nearby. Duck Walk Vineyard and Water Mill Museum are a three-minute drive away; local beaches are 1.5 miles away. The Jitney, LIRR, local shops and cafes are nearby. Under the Elite program, the homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
