House rules
No smoking or vaping and no parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Children and infants are welcome. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Early or late check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
Stairs lead to the lower-ground master bedroom. The master bedroom has no door and is visible from the ground floor; the only full bathroom is reached through it and has limited headroom. The private roof terrace is non-demised and accessed outside the apartment through the communal hallway's mezzanine level. The second bedroom's 135 cm-wide sofa bed is better suited to one adult or two children. Primrose Hill and Chalk Farm station are each under five minutes on foot; Camden Lock Market is under ten minutes on foot.
