The house

The apartment occupies the ground and lower ground floors of a period terrace. The open-plan living and dining area has a large sofa, wall-mounted TV and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and waste-disposal sink. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and smoke detectors are provided.

The lower-ground master bedroom has a UK king-size bed, TV, drawers and built-in storage. It is partially open-plan, has no door and is visible from the ground floor through the glass-floored walkway. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC, sink, vanity/makeup mirror and storage, with limited headroom. A washing machine and two drying racks are housed in a cupboard. The entry-level office doubles as the second bedroom and has built-in storage and a 135 cm-wide double sofa bed.

It can sleep two people but is better suited to one adult or two children. There is a separate ground-floor WC with a sink and heated towel rail; the full bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom downstairs.

The private roof terrace is non-demised and accessed outside the apartment via the mezzanine level of the communal hallway. It has outdoor dining furniture, a corner sofa, coffee table and cantilever umbrella.

Regent's Park Road's cafés, bakeries and restaurants are moments away. Primrose Hill and Chalk Farm Underground station on the Northern Line are each under a five-minute walk, and Camden Lock Market is under ten minutes on foot. Trains from Chalk Farm reach Tottenham Court Road for Oxford Street in ten minutes.

The home is professionally cleaned and supplied with hotel-quality linens and towels, with complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays. Subject to availability, additional services include airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, towel and linen changes, and additional bedding or pillows. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire.
