House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge; reserving the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Access is by stairs only. Parking is limited to a single-car garage. Mermaid Beach and Nobby Beach are a one-minute walk away; restaurants, cafés and bars on Gold Coast Highway are also a one-minute walk away. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a five-minute drive. Gold Coast Airport is a 25-minute drive and Brisbane Airport is a one-hour drive.
