The house

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with sea and beach views and a patio or balcony. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers; towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Hotel-style linen uses a three-sheet setup.

The living area has a lounge, dining seating for six and a smart TV with streaming services. Air conditioning serves the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. Heating and Wi-Fi are available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. A washer, dryer, iron, hangers and room-darkening shades are available. A small welcome amenity pack is provided.

There is free parking in a secure single-car garage. Access to the apartment is by stairs only. Mermaid Beach and Nobby Beach are a one-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafés and bars on Gold Coast Highway are also a one-minute walk away, while Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is a five-minute drive. Gold Coast Airport is a 25-minute drive and Brisbane Airport is a one-hour drive. Public transport is available nearby, and ride-sharing is recommended.

The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are allowed. Safety equipment includes a smoke detector, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher.
