The house

The approximately 3,300-square-foot home has an open layout, floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple sitting areas. The living room connects to the dining room and equipped island kitchen, with access to the back deck. The dining room has a usable fireplace. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

Three bedrooms are on the second floor: a king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a children's bedroom with a queen bed and crib. A second king primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the main floor. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. The upstairs primary bathroom has a shower and tub; the upstairs guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. On the main floor, the guest bathroom has a shower and the second primary bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Outside are a private heated outdoor pool, fenced backyard, uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, patio furniture, grill and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, heating and hot water are provided. The home has Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking and a private entrance. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.

The home is close to shopping, restaurants, farmers markets and beaches, with East Hampton and Sag Harbor nearby. Travel from NYC is advertised as less than two hours. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
