The house

The home has an open layout with natural light, an island kitchen with marble countertops, and open living spaces. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot, cookware, dishes and silverware. Heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a usable fireplace, washer and dryer are provided, along with bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment.

The lower level contains a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an additional sleeping area with a king bed. The main floor contains a queen bedroom with an ensuite, a double/full bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a king bedroom with an ensuite. All six sleeping spaces have air conditioning. All four bathrooms are full bathrooms; one has a shower/tub combination and the other three have showers.

Outdoor facilities include a covered deck/patio, lounge chairs, a table and chairs, a gas grill, a basketball court, a fenced yard, a private heated outdoor pool and a freestanding hot tub. The home is a short distance from art galleries, restaurants, the beach and the towns of East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Wainscott.

Reservations require approval before confirmation. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Outdoor pool and hot-tub use is seasonal, and outdoor furniture and equipment may not be available outside the summer season.
