House rules

Maximum occupancy is 14. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Additional guests and events require express approval. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during the same stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $285.00 per night of the reservation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $10,000 is required. Payment and administration are governed by a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original reservation if scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The owner may need to show the home to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and arrange reasonable daytime showings.

Getting there

Not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 40 years old. Town Line Beach and Beach Lane Beach are nearby. The property is not wheelchair accessible.
