The house

The approximately 5,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms arranged across three levels: two queen guest bedrooms on the main floor, a queen guest bedroom and king primary bedroom upstairs, and three queen bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets. The first four bedrooms have streaming TVs and full ensuite bathrooms; the fifth has a full Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom. The bathroom layout includes a main-floor powder room, two main-floor shower bathrooms, an upstairs shower/tub bathroom, a primary bathroom with a separate shower and tub, and two lower-level shower bathrooms.

The open living area has vaulted double-height ceilings, a large sectional sofa and a double-sided fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the pool area. There is a formal dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cooking essentials and a large island. The finished lower level has two additional lounge areas and exercise equipment. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a work-from-home space are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Outside are a fenced backyard, private heated pool, freestanding hot tub, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, sundeck with chaise lounges, outdoor fireplace, firepit, seating areas, zen garden, gas barbecue and covered outdoor dining. Free parking is available on-site. Nearby places include Town Line Beach, Beach Lane Beach, La Capannina, The Seafood Shop and Goldberg's Famous Bagels.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program. Outdoor amenities are seasonal, and stays longer than seven nights require a weekly cleaning at the guest's expense.
