The dining table seats eight, with additional gathering space at the kitchen island.
Two bedrooms are on the first/main floor and three are upstairs. The bedrooms contain three king beds, one queen bed and two twin beds; an additional first-floor sleeping area has a sofa bed. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are three full bathrooms with showers, one downstairs and two upstairs.
Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, private tennis court with rackets and balls, basketball court, uncovered deck/patio with furniture and loungers, gas grill, gas fire pit, balcony, outdoor shower and lawn. A fence surrounds the yard. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, heating and hot water are provided. The home also has Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and a private entrance.
