House rules
Monthly rental only; the full-month charge applies regardless of the number of nights stayed. Standard occupancy is eight guests; additional guests incur an extra fee. The adjoining cottage is optional and costs extra. Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Pets and events are permitted. Exterior security cameras are onsite; interior cameras are disabled during guest stays.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The three-level home has a private backyard path with direct access to Waialua Beach. Turtle Bay is a short drive away.
