The living and dining areas have no window coverings, preserving the open views. Split air conditioning serves all bedrooms and shared living spaces.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, blender and rice cooker. The upper-level primary suite and lower-level guest sleeping areas have ocean views and lanai access.
