Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Respect the peaceful residential neighborhood. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to stays of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking. Customer support coordinates scheduling and applies the charges.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Princeville shops, restaurants and neighborhood paths are within walking reach. Hanalei Bay, seasonal Queen’s Bath, Anini Beach, Kilauea Lighthouse and Napali Coast lookouts are a short drive away. The living and dining areas have no window coverings. Winter months can bring small gnats; keep doors and windows closed when possible and screens in place. Some gnats may pass through fine mesh.
