Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 250€/stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Two baby beds and two high chairs are available on request at no extra cost.
