The house

The 460 m² villa stands on a fenced 15,000 m² finca with no direct neighbors. Outdoors are a 12 × 4.5 m chlorine pool, 2 m deep, 10 sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a barbecue terrace and a furnished porch with a sofa and dining table.

The ground-floor living and dining room has three sofas, three armchairs, central heating, satellite TV and a dining table seating 12. The equipped kitchen has a table seating eight, a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

Four bedrooms are on the ground floor: two twin rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double room, and a room with a 135 × 190 cm double bed, a single bed, a bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a shared shower bathroom on this floor. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Five bedrooms have wardrobes; the upstairs bedrooms overlook the garden, mountains and golf course. Two baby beds and two high chairs are available on request at no extra charge.

The villa is in the Serra de Llevant area, 1 km from Golf de Pula, 3.4 km from Port Vell Beach and 4.3 km from Son Servera. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for two cars are available.
