House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited; shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team to arrange this service. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is sent. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team and are non-refundable. The initial payment is 50% of the grand total; the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day deadline receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.

Getting there

The home spans four levels. Ski-in/ski-out access connects to the Meadows ski run and depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. The gondola and Mountain Village core are a short walk away. A maximum of two cars may park at the property. Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
