The house

The townhome spans four levels and has views of the San Juan Mountains through multi-level living-room windows. Couches surround a stone fireplace, and the adjacent dining table seats six. The back deck has outdoor seating and a gas grill. The private indoor hot tub and sauna have views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The main bedroom on the second level has a king bed, TV and private ensuite with a dual vanity and steam shower. The fourth-floor guest bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite with a shower/tub combination. The first-floor guest bedroom has a king bed that can separate into two twins, a TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen has wood cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and a breakfast bar seating two. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes. Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided.

The home offers ski and hike access on the Meadows green run and is within walking distance of the Mountain Village core, shops, restaurants and gondola. Ski access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Parking accommodates two cars: one in the garage and one in the driveway.
