The house

The house has an open floor plan, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a two-story living room. A separate den has a stone fireplace, and the eat-in kitchen adjoins a sunroom. A Sonos system, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, a walk-in closet and deck access. Two other second-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a standard closet. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, a standard closet and deck access. An additional second-floor sleeping area has two twin/single beds and air conditioning.

Outside are decking, a bluestone patio, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill and a private outdoor heated saltwater pool. The pool is not fenced; the backyard is fenced. Recreational equipment includes four adult bicycles, four children's bicycles, eight beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kayak/canoe equipment and a paddle board. The private dock is currently unavailable for boat use.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
