House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is four guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays: October 27–December 17, 2026: 3 nights; December 18, 2026–January 3, 2027: 4 nights; January 4–February 10, 2027: 3 nights; February 11–20, 2027: 4 nights; February 21–March 17, 2027: 3 nights; March 18–27, 2027: 5 nights; March 28–December 17, 2027: 3 nights; December 18, 2027–January 3, 2028: 7 nights; January 4–March 31, 2028: 3 nights.
Getting there
The condo has two stories, with both bedrooms on the second floor. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Sun Valley Resort is 10 minutes away. The complimentary Mountain Ridge Shuttle serving Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn is a walk away.
