The house

Villager 1220 offers more than 900 square feet of living space with courtyard views, wood accents and a gas-ignite river-rock fireplace. The main floor has an open kitchen and living area, a four-stool breakfast bar, wood cabinetry, granite countertops and KitchenAid appliances. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. The living area has a 48-inch Smart TV with surround sound, picture windows and comfortable furnishings. A furnished deck provides outdoor seating.

A full bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer access are on the first floor. Both guest bedrooms are upstairs, each with one queen bed, and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. One bedroom has a 48-inch TV. The condo has heating but no air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are included.

On-site parking accommodates one vehicle. The complimentary Mountain Ridge Shuttle, serving Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn, is a walk away. Sun Valley Resort skiing and snowboarding are 10 minutes away. Villager 1218 is a separate, adjacent condo that can be booked alongside Villager 1220 for larger groups.
