The house

The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has an open floor plan, multiple sitting and dining areas, a fireplace, a dedicated office and a sunroom overlooking nature. The kitchen includes appliances, a microwave and a coffee maker. Heating, television, linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

Outside, an expansive uncovered deck has outdoor dining furniture, sitting areas and a gas BBQ. The yard is fenced, with space for outdoor activities. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. There is free parking.

The primary bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, air conditioning, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Two further upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, air conditioning and a closet. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed and air conditioning. A separate upstairs full bathroom and a main-floor full bathroom each have a shower.

The home is minutes from East Hampton Village, Sag Harbor and Amagansett. Nearby beaches include East Hampton Main Beach, Wiborg Beach, Egypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach. Fresno and Doppo Buttero are within walking distance.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours.
