House rules
No smoking, vaping or parties. Children are welcome on request. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; arrivals outside these hours must be requested. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The home is arranged over three floors with no lift. A neighbour visits on Sundays to collect the homeowner's post.
