The house

The open-plan living area has arched skylights and patio doors opening directly onto a private decked garden terrace screened by a leafy wall. A contemporary kitchen and dining area features white worktops. The living room also has a double sofa bed.

Two bedroom suites occupy the first floor. The principal suite has bedside cabinets, a desk, wardrobes, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with an en-suite walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. The second suite has two single beds and a pull-out mattress for up to three guests, plus an en-suite shower, wash basin and toilet. On the second floor, the third bedroom has a king-sized bed, mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers, with an en-suite bath and overhead shower, wash basin and toilet. A small WC is on the ground floor beside the front door. Cooling fans are provided for rooms other than the principal suite.

The kitchen includes a cooker, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. The home also has free Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen.
