House rules

Maximum occupancy is six people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs require final approval; submit animal details by text or email when booking. Non-refundable pet charges are $150 per animal for cleaning and $50/night per animal for rental. A credit-card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the reservation team, with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. Early check-in and late checkout require written authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability.

Getting there

Skiing, village shops, bars, restaurants and the gondola to historic Telluride are accessible on foot. Parking is limited to one car, and oversized or high-profile vehicles may not fit. Nearby summer construction may cause noise or disruption; contact InvitedHome for current updates. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible.
