The house

Village Peak at Westermere is a 1,129-square-foot condo for up to six guests. The open-plan living area has a large mounted TV, a fireplace and a dining table seating six. The equipped kitchen includes a two-tier counter, four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The balcony overlooks the village core, and the home has views of the slopes.

The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and private ensuite with a dual vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a TV, with a bathroom across the hallway. A sofa bed is available in the common area. The home also has a steam shower.

A private ski locker is provided in the building. Bars, restaurants, shops and the gondola to historic Telluride are steps away. Ski shuttle service, an elevator, garage parking and free Wi-Fi are available. Linens, towels, heating, hot water, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption during summer. The home is for sale and showings may occur during reservations, with 24 hours' notice if possible. Long-term stays are also allowed.
