The ground level has a living room, kitchen, dining room and guest WC. Its sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a master bedroom with two 100 × 200 cm single beds. Upstairs, double-bed master bedrooms have 160 × 200 cm beds, and a twin master bedroom has two 100 × 200 cm single beds. A sofa bed is also included among the amenities.
Facilities include modern furnishings, individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an ADSL internet connection, a writing desk, a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee facilities and dining table.
