The house

The villa occupies the highest point of a complex of villas and suites, with views extending from Tinos to Delos. Sea, mountain, garden and pool views are available, along with private balcony and terrace space and a veranda.

The ground level has a living room, kitchen, dining room and guest WC. Its sleeping accommodation includes a master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed and a master bedroom with two 100 × 200 cm single beds. Upstairs, double-bed master bedrooms have 160 × 200 cm beds, and a twin master bedroom has two 100 × 200 cm single beds. A sofa bed is also included among the amenities.

Facilities include modern furnishings, individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, an ADSL internet connection, a writing desk, a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee facilities and dining table. There are flat-screen and interactive TVs, soundproof windows, a safe, closets, full-length mirrors, a hairdryer, bath amenities, a shower bathroom, and an iron and ironing board.

Daily maid service, turndown service and wake-up calls are available. Arrival amenities include a welcome drink, house wine and a fruit basket. Services include airport and port transfers, car and motorbike rental, concierge assistance, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request, and a doctor on request. Beach sunbeds and umbrellas, beach towels, pool towels, a shower and changing room, and fax and photocopy services are also offered. Parking is available and pets are allowed. Non-smoking rooms are available.
