House rules
Four guests sleep in the bedrooms; two additional guests can use the double sofa bed, for a maximum of six. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 100.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 120€ per stay. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit.
