The house

The villa accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on a double sofa bed in the living area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds; both bedrooms have fans. There is one bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a television, sofa, dining table for six and ceramic hob. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided, along with a crib and high chair.

Outside are a garden, terrace, sun loungers and a porch for outdoor dining. The private saltwater pool measures 6 by 3 meters and is 1.55–3 meters deep. There is space for surfing or kitesurfing equipment. The property is fenced, with neighbors nearby, and exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Playa de Los Lances is 500 meters away and offers white sand, water sports and birdwatching. Tarifa is approximately 5 km away, with shops, bars and restaurants; the distance table gives 5.6 km to the town. Nearby places to visit include Mirador del Estrecho, Guzmán el Bueno Castle and the Baelo Claudia ruins in Bolonia, 20 km away.
