Maximum occupancy is seven guests: six guests plus one on the single sofa bed in bedroom 4. The person booking must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. No parties, events, smoking or pets. A refundable security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival. Cancellation is free within 48 hours after payment of the booking deposit, with a full refund. After that window, the homeowner may retain 40% of the total booking price until 60 days before check-in, 50% for cancellation 60–30 days before check-in, and 100% for cancellation 30–0 days before check-in.

The nearest beach and sea are 1.6 km away; the beach is less than a five-minute drive. A car is recommended. A minimarket and supermarket are 250 m away and a restaurant is 300 m away, within walking distance. Split is 16 km away and Trogir is 12 km away.
