The house

The villa has 149 m² of indoor living space on a private, fenced 427 m² lot. The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a flat-screen TV and surround sound, a small fourth bedroom with a single sofa bed and children's play area, and a family shower bathroom. Upstairs are three king bedrooms, a master en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a family shower bathroom with two sinks, a washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and furnished pool-view terrace; bedroom 2 has a pool-view balcony. Outdoors are six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, shaded dining, a barbecue and summer kitchen with a worktop and sink, and a grassy children's area with toys, a swing and seating. Table tennis and a Pilates ball are available in the garage, accessible from indoors and outdoors. Linens, towels, a baby cot, highchair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Other facilities include heating, a safe, fire extinguisher and CCTV.
