House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Alcúdia is 4.3 km away; Son Sant Joan airport is 59.7 km away, Sa Pobla railway station 10.8 km, the Puerto de Alcúdia ferry 6.3 km, Golf Alcanada 8.5 km and Hospital de Muro 0.85 km. Parking is limited to one car. The house occupies two floors.
