The house

The 150 m² house occupies two floors. The ground floor has one double bedroom; the first floor has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. One cot can be accommodated. Two shared bathrooms have bathtubs, with one bathroom on each floor. Air conditioning serves the three first-floor double and twin bedrooms, but not the ground-floor double or first-floor single bedroom.

The living-dining room has two sofas, satellite television, air conditioning, a dining table and a decorative fireplace. The separate gas kitchen has cooking utensils, a table and chairs, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. A high chair, towels, hair dryer, fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Wi-Fi is free.

Outdoor areas include a garden, terraces, balconies, a furnished porch, four sun loungers, parasols, a fixed barbecue, outdoor dining furniture, a table-tennis table and a children's playhouse. There is no swimming pool. Free exterior parking accommodates one car.

Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a medical centre and a bus stop are within walking distance. Buses run every 15 minutes towards Alcúdia, Port Pollença and other destinations, including Palma.
