Events are forbidden. Pets are welcome. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house has two storeys, with one bedroom upstairs. Cala Pi Beach is 26.2 km away; the coast and Cala Pi are less than 20 minutes away by car. Llucmajor is 3.2 km away, the Llucmajor bus stop is 2.5 km away and Palma de Mallorca Airport is 23.4 km away. Exterior parking is limited to two cars.
