The house

The gated property has an extensive garden, a private 4 × 8 m chlorine pool with depths of 1.5–2.5 m, sun loungers, table tennis, a jacuzzi and a sauna. A barbecue and two porches provide space for outdoor meals.

The ground-floor living-dining room has air conditioning, a Smart TV with satellite channels, a CD player and books. It opens to a kitchen equipped with a gas hob and cooking utensils. The house also has central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.

Three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two have double beds, direct garden access and en-suite bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third has two beds that can be arranged together or separately. A separate shower bathroom serves this floor. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, access to the upper terrace, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub.

Llucmajor is 3.2 km away. Llucmajor and Campos offer services for your stay. Cala Pi is 26.2 km away and the coast and Cala Pi are less than 20 minutes away by car. Nearby regional attractions include the Talayots de Capocorb and Cap Blanc lighthouse, inaugurated in 1863. Exterior parking accommodates two cars. Pets are welcome and events are forbidden. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
