House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests: six base guests plus two additional guests. Each additional guest incurs an extra charge. If the two additional guests have not been paid for, the extra beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

The house has two floors, with the fourth bedroom upstairs. Neighbours are nearby. Son Serra de Marina rocky beach is 750 m away; a sand-and-stone beach backed by dunes is at the end of the village along the coast. Can Picafort is 9 km away. The Av. Talaiot bus stop is 650 m away, Estació de Muro train station is 20.9 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 19.3 km away and Aeroport de Son Sant Joan is 68.5 km away.
