The house

The house occupies a fenced plot in a residential area with neighbours nearby. Outdoor facilities include an 11 × 4.5 m private chlorine pool, 1.2–2 m deep, six sunbeds, an outdoor shower, a shaded terrace, a front porch and a mobile barbecue.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV and CD/DVD players, an equipped gas kitchen with a microwave, and dining tables in both the kitchen and living room. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are provided. Wi-Fi is free. There is no air conditioning; all bedrooms have fans.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: two twin rooms and one double room with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with a bathtub is also on this floor. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has two single beds, a two-seater sofa and access to a terrace overlooking the bay and mountains. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The rocky beach at Son Serra de Marina is 750 m away. A natural sand-and-stone beach backed by dunes is at the end of the village along the coast. Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are nearby beach destinations reachable by car. Restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities are available in the area, and trails are near the Natural Park of s'Albufera.

The maximum occupancy is eight guests, with an extra charge for each guest above six. Extra beds may not be prepared or available unless the additional guests have been paid for. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
