Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Changeover day is Saturday from June to September. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.

Cala Bona beach is 350 metres away on foot. Bars, restaurants, a supermarket and bus services are within walking reach; the Cala Bona bus stop is 160 metres away. The house has stairs between floors and intermediate levels.
