The house

The house has two floors with intermediate levels connected by steps. The main floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, a kitchen separated by a half wall, a shower bathroom and access to a second living room. The kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop and microwave.

The bedroom levels each contain two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub; the upper bathroom is en suite. All four bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe. Higher steps lead to a third living room, a covered terrace and an open corridor.

Outside, the garden has eight sun loungers, a barbecue and a porch for outdoor dining. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Three fans, a cot and a high chair are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Bars, restaurants, a supermarket and bus services are within walking reach. Cala Bona beach is a 350-metre walk away. Club de Golf de Son Servera is 4.5 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 65.7 km away, Manacor train station is 20.7 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 47.5 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 20.2 km away.

Changeover is on Saturdays from June to September. A deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges.
