Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Central heating carries an additional charge; contact the advertiser for details and possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

The house is on the cliffs of Cala Serena. Cala Serena sandy beach is 0.85 km away, about 2–3 minutes by car, and is also reachable on foot. There is no private beach access. Cala d'Or is 1 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 60.8 km away; Vall d'Or golf course is 8.2 km away; Manacor train station is 30.2 km away; the Avinguda Cala d'Or bus stop is 1.3 km away; Puerto de Palma ferry port is 68.6 km away; and Manacor hospital is 31 km away.
