The house

The house has a chlorine swimming pool measuring 5 × 6 metres, with depths from 0.80 to 1.80 metres. Outside are a sunbathing area with up to 10 loungers, lawn areas, a built-in barbecue and a porch for outdoor dining.

All rooms are arranged on one floor. The open living and dining area has sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and large windows overlooking the terrace and sea. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and microwave, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the same space. Each of the three bedrooms has a closet. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. A separate bathroom has a shower. A crib and fireplace are also available.

Free Wi-Fi and central heating are available; heating costs extra. Air conditioning is not available. The house is on a quiet street near a residential area, with parking nearby rather than on-site parking. Cala d'Or is 1 km away and offers bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and boat excursions. Cala Serena sandy beach is 0.85 km away, around 2–3 minutes by car, and can also be reached on foot. Es Trenc and Colònia de Sant Jordi are about 30 minutes away by car.

Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
