The lower level includes a living room with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor seating area. Stairs lead down to a 30 m² private outdoor infinity pool with sea and sunset views, flowers and sun loungers. Outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ grill are available.
Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an ADSL internet connection, smart and flat-screen TVs, Netflix, soundproof windows, a safe, a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing equipment. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Linen and towels are changed twice weekly; pool and beach towels are available.
