The house has 110 m² of living space over two floors and partial privacy. Outside are a private 8 × 4 m saltwater pool, 1.3–1.8 m deep, six sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a barbecue and a furnished porch overlooking the pool.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor: one has two single beds and the other a double bed. Each has air conditioning and a furnished terrace. A cot and highchair can be prepared for younger guests. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, and the upper-floor bathroom has a bathtub. Three fans, towels and a hair dryer are available.
The open-plan kitchen connects directly to the dining room and has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. The lounge has a sofa, television and satellite TV. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. Parking includes two outdoor spaces and two garage spaces.
